    Many of us would keep the bottle of Olive Oil handy on the worktop for ease of use but it really should be kept in a cool dark cupboard if at all possible. Another alternative is to decant the oil into an opaque vessel such as a stainless steel container or a very opaque glass bottle. Keeping your oil away from the light will keep it in perfect condition for many weeks or months longer than if it is exposed to the light in our kitchens.

    So to reap the full health benefits of our Olive Oil always keep your oil away from the light and any strong sources of heat and try to buy a bottle that is at the very least darkly tinted, such as our Cobalt Blue bottles.
