No Butter Buttered Popcorn

 

• 1/4 C. Dairy Free Butter Flavored EVOO

• 1/2 Cup Popcorn Kernels

• Salt

In a medium sauce pan (w/lid), add oil and heat. Once oil is thouroughly heated, add unpopped pocorn and cover.

Stay Close! once popcorn begins popping, listen closely and when there is a 2-3 second pause between pops, remove from heat. Pour in bowl and toss with salt. Enjoy! Movie Theater popcorn without the guilt!

 

Jazz it up with Parmesan Cheese, Red Pepper Flakes, Cajun Seasoning or any other topping that you wish.
