Charred Balsamic Broccoli

  • 2 Tbsp. Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic Infused Olive Oil

  • 1 Broccoli Head (Double the recipe if you want more)

  • kosher salt

  • Orange for Zest

Directions:

Mix oil & vinegar together. Wash & cut florets off of the broccoli head and place in a bowl. Pour oil & vinegar mixture over broccoli and toss to coat well. Place broccoli on jelly roll pan or au gratin dish and sprinkle with salt. Broil until well charred, (after about 10 minutes i flipped each piece so that they would brown on all sides). Once charred, grate some orange zest over top . ENJOY!!
