Balsamic Pot Roast

 

 

  • 4-5 Lb. Beef Chuck Roast

  • 2 C. Beef Broth

  • 1/2 C. Light Brown Sugar

  • 1/4 C. Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

  • 1 Tsp. Kosher Salt

  • 1/4 Tsp. red Pepper Flakes

  • 3 Cloves Fresh Garlic (Pressed)

  • Zest of 1/2 Orange

  • Red Potatoes (washed and halved)

  • 4 Carrots (washed peeled and cut in 1-2" chunks)

Directions:

Place roast, carrots and potatoes into crock pot and turn on low heat. Whisk together all the other ingredients and pour over top of roast and potatoes. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
