Bordeaux Cherry Cocktail Smokies

 

 

  • 1 Package Cocktail Smokies

  • 1/4 C. Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 C. Bordeaux Cherry Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard

 

Directions:

Place Smokies in crock pot on high setting. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over smokies. Cook on high for 1-2 hours.

 

note: instead of cocktail smokies, cut up some good apple smoked sausage, some tart apples like Granny Smith, and some sweet onion.If your guests were expecting standard cocktail wieners appetizer, they'll be pleasantly surprised when they bite into this sweet and spicy treat.
