Meyer lemon Soda Cake

 

1 Box Yellow Cake Mix

Meyer Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Lemon Lime Soda

Eggs

Confectioner's Sugar

 

 

Prepare cake mix according to directions, substituting Olive oil for vegetable oil and the lemon-lime soad for the water required for the mix. Pour Batter in 13"x9" pan and bake at 350 for aprox 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. When cake is done, remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
